How Our Fees Work

We Don’t Get Paid If You Don’t Get Paid

If you’ve been injured or disabled in military service, you might be in the same situation faced by thousands of vets — you might be struggling to make ends meet and to take care of your family. It’s not something to be ashamed of. Many times, for reasons completely beyond anyone’s control, hardworking veterans become disabled because of service-related injuries or diseases. Even though they would like to do the things they used to do — they just can’t.

At The Rep For Vets, our claims agents understand the money worries that many injured or disabled vets face. You should know that the fees for services provided by our VA-accredited claims agents will not add to that worry.

Fees are no more than 20% of any past due benefits the VA owes you and your dependents. But make no mistake — The Rep For Vets® is not a government organization and our claims agents don’t like to see vets get pushed around. Fees are due only if a claims agent succeeds in winning your case. These fees come from a percentage of your past due benefits.

Start With a Free Initial Consultation

To talk with one of our claims agents about the veterans disability compensation you deserve, call (888) 573-7838 for a free initial consultation or complete the online contact form.

Although some disabled vets consult lawyers about their claims, your best option is the VA-accredited claims agents at The Rep For Vets. From New York to Florida to Alaska, you can find help you need with your veterans benefits claim. So, no matter where you live, don’t hesitate to call. A claims agent can help.
